Delete your Arcana Cat data
Arcana Cat has no accounts or logins. Your readings and Journal are kept on your device, so the quickest way to delete your data is from inside the app.
In the app
- Open Arcana Cat and go to Profile.
- Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete my data.
- Confirm.
This deletes, immediately and permanently:
- On your device: your Journal, notes, collection, achievements, settings, name and birth date.
- On our server: every reading you shared with a full reading link (those links stop working).
Your purchases stay in your Google Play or App Store account and can be restored. To stop a subscription, cancel it in the store; deleting data or the app does not cancel it.
If your phone is offline, the app can delete the data on the device only. Shared reading links are then deleted automatically within 30 days.
If you no longer have the app
- Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
- Readings shared with a full reading link are deleted automatically 30 days after they were shared. Nothing else about you is kept on our server.
- You can also email (contact email coming soon) with the subject "Delete my data". Include the links of the readings you shared, so we can find them. We delete them within 15 days and confirm by email.
